Orders usually take 2-5 business days to process and please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, fFor rush delivery please call us! Average delivery time is 14 business days (exception is custom jewelry items and rings, and large bulk items such as room dividers). Items normally ship USPS, UPS ground, 1st class mail, or USPS priority mail (for rush orders, please phone). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or after 2:00 p.m. on a Friday or holiday weekend will not be eligible for processing until the following postal business day.  For More information, shipping cost, delivery times, bulk items and custom orders and other inquires, email us or see FAQ's.  All packages domestic or international are insured if valued over $50.00, cost of insurance is included in the cost of shipping. Standard delivery time is 6-15 business days plus processing time of 2-5 days with an average of 10-14 business days for delivery, oversized statuary, oversized items such as room dividers, custom wands and custom jewelry, allow 12-28 business days. For rush delivery please call us!

International orders and orders outside the continental United States including Bulk orders to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands and International orders must be ordered first via email.
